Information we collect
We collect the details you submit in the quote form, including your name, restaurant name, city, employee range, carrier, renewal month, phone, email, preferred language, and optional location count. We also record the page you came from and campaign tags in the URL.
How we use it
IAG Insurance Services uses this information to respond to your request, prepare group health options, prevent form abuse, and understand which campaign brought you here. We do not sell your personal information.
Tracking choices
Analytics and advertising tools stay off until you consent. [GA4 MEASUREMENT ID] and [META PIXEL ID] are configuration placeholders and are not active until real IDs are supplied.
California rights
California residents may ask to know, correct, or delete personal information, and may ask about how it is used or shared. To make a request, contact billy@nonprofitrestauranttrust.org or call 949-919-4460. We will verify requests before acting on them.
Retention and security
Lead records are kept only as long as needed for the request, legal obligations, and normal business records — currently seven years. The final security wording requires review before publication.
